Phyllis Traylor

I have over seven years experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Real Estate Agent/Broker and have performed hundreds of real estate transactions. I am familiar with various forms of real estate purchases, refinancing, reverse mortgages, home equity loans, and others. I have over four years experience as a Notary. I have an impeccable work ethic and guarantee my work. I take pride in my ability to follow instructions, and ask questions when clarification is needed to properly complete assignments. I have been commended on many occasions by signing companies, title companies and lenders for not making assumptions and contacting them when questions arise when reviewing loan documents and during closings.

I am a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent and have successfully completed Notary2Pro Basic and Advanced Signing Agent Courses. I have a Certified Background Screening from the National Notary Association.

I realize the nature of this business requires flexibility. I am able to respond to last minute requests and assignments while maintaining a sense of professionalism. Ultimately my goal is to successfully complete assignments in a manner that satisfies the borrower and meets all requirements established by the signing company, title company, lender, and any other entity involved in the transaction.

I have access to a Title Company for Home Equity Loans. I service Bexar County, Comal County and Guadalupe County in Texas. These counties have a large military population. While I always provide excellent service on each and every assignment, as a twenty year US Army Veteran/Retiree I feel honored to provide services to my fellow military comrades.

I travel with a laptop, wireless card, portable scanner and smart phone. I have a Brother HL-5370DWT dual tray laser printer and a Dell 2330dn dual tray laser printer in my office, along with high speed internet access, a Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 scanner and efax capabilities. E-documents and fax backs are no problem. I am bonded and carry $25,000 in E&O Insurance.

I have a Masters Degree in Adult and Higher Education, and several certifications in Microsoft Office Applications. I have taught Computer Applications and Legal Assistant Courses at local Colleges and Universities.

By the way, I also do general notary work.

**NOTE: Texas law also provides for a reasonable travel fee as agreed upon between the parties prior to the appointment. A Minimum $35 travel fee applies for General Notary assignments.
