Yes, at the end of this online course you will be able to take the certification exam, the exam consist in 30 questions that you have to answer our company designed 30 questions; you will have 3 attempts to pass with a score of 75% or higher.


What does the certification notary signing agent exam consist of?

The exam consists of 30 multiple choice questions, and the time allowed is 60 minutes.  


Can I take the certification exam several times?

Yes, you have 3 attempts to pass the exam with 75% or more enough attempts to become certified. After submitting the exam for grading, you will receive your score immediately. If your score is more than 75% we will send you your certificate by mail.


What happen if I do not pass the exam in my 3 attempts?

If you do not pass the exam in 3 attempts and still want to become certified you can pay the certification exam only to have 3 attempts more. (click your state, click certification exam)


After passing the exam with 75% or more, when will I receive my certificate?

You will receive it about 3-5 days after we have received your score of 75% or more, by mail at no extra charge.


Will there be any extra charge to receive the certification by mail?

No, the mail charges are included in your $89 payment.


Can two people take the same course?

No, this is a registration for one person only and the certification will be given to the register name only.


How will I receive my username and password after registration?

After you register, you will type your own username and password; then you may use it to log in. If you have any problem with the registration process, please contact us, and we will resolve it ASAP.


Is my credit card transaction secure when I register?

It is important because notaries with certification have an advantage over notaries without. Companies prefer notaries with the highest education and skills.


Do I need a license to become a notary signing agent?

You need to be a notary public, but you don’t need any special license to become a notary signing agent. We recommend taking the course because you will be prepared for the loan signing process.


I am not a notary public. Can I take the notary signing agent course?
